Protecting people and property – managing personal data

The information collected through our contact form is recorded in a file used by Le Mas d’Eyrolles to facilitate exchanges with prospects and customers.

They are intended for use by the company’s managing director for the purpose of exchanging information by telephone or e-mail with the persons concerned, in particular to respond to their requests.

No IP address is collected when a form is submitted via our website.

The data collected is kept for a maximum period of 3 years in the event that no contract is concluded with our company.

In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 et seq. of the French Data Protection Act 78-17 of January 6, 1978, all users have the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose any personal data concerning them.

The request must be written and signed, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent.
